Heather Underwood

Heather started with DGK Insurance in November 2019.  As a customer service representative, she has the role of attending to calls and correspondences, providing information with respect to insurance policies, and communicating any changes in policy to existing and prospective clients.

Being a customer representative is nothing new to Heather,  as she previously worked for The Jay Group, Best Buy and BRT.  She has love for helping people. 

Heather was born and raised in Lancaster County and currently resides in Susquehanna County. Heather loves the NEPA area and moved here to be closer to extended family.  In her spare time, she spends time gardening, cooking, helping with the Wyoming County Fair, going to tractor pulls, taking care of Oliver- her rescue dog and helping her mom with charity events.
